For Beta 2, new features include SMB file share connectivity and APFS drive support in the Files app, a Portrait Mode lighting slider in the Camera app, ScreenTime Downtime settings sync with Apple Watch, various tweaks to the in-box apps, an updated CarPlay Now Playing design, and more.
